Many of these broadcasts are commercial free, and there are literally thousands from hundreds of countries all over the globe. This aggregator makes connections with the channels in a way where you do not have a monthly fee. But is it legal?
Cable TV on your computer is very legal because these channels have already been cleared for broadcast via the Internet. There is no hacking or illegal use of signals. The software is perfectly legal and free of any spyware or viruses. And by further investigation I found that the software comes in a few different options. Essentially, the higher priced option gives you the most channels. You can still get many, about 2,000 with the lower end unit. And I do know what I’m talking about.
I come from a TV and radio background having spent over 15 years in the industry with my own talk show in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. You will be amazed at the goodies we were introduced to. But this is one item that I just couldn’t live without. It allows me to snag great soccer game coverage from my favorite teams overseas. And it’s an incredible value.

I am not an expert when it comes to the PC. I call my buddy Dennis to do any installs, upgrades and the like. And even when a new item self-installs, he’ll double check it. But this software, I installed myself and asked him to check. It was so easy I was feeling like I really knew what I was doing! But seriously, anyone can install this and you’ll be watching TV in minutes. And one more item of interest.
If there is one thing I’d have to say about the software that allows you to watch some 4,000 channels on your PC, it would be that it is just simply convenient. As long as you have a high speed connection and this software, you’re good to go. No TV cards or hardware – just the software and you can watch wherever you can take your PC and get a connection. This is so nice that I don’t think it will be around long. They’ll probably start making you pay a monthly fee to access.
One item that worries me is how little the software sells for. I just laid down about $150 for a mid end DVD player. This is much less, so I am most certain the price will jump in a bit. And when it does, it will still be very worth every cent to quickly find and display streaming TV right on my PC. I don’t think it gets any better than that.
