Clean up your Disk (Windows)
If you wish to decrease the unnecessary files on your hard disk in order to release some disk space, then you can use Disk Cleanup. This will help your computer run faster as it will remove temporary files as well as system files that are no longer necessary. It also empties the Recycle Bin.
The following process cleans up files related to your user account.
Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then.
In the result list, select Disk Cleanup.
Select the hard disk drive that you want to clean up from the Drives list and press OK.
In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, on the Disk Cleanup tab, check the file types that you want to delete, and then click OK.
Select Delete files
