Great article! It is worth noting that while haggling for a lower price is to be expected, there are many instances that you get what you pay for. A computer technician charging $20/hour will most likely be putting quick, temporary band-aid solutions on a long-term problem that can be eliminated with a $70/hour more experienced technician.
