They have some great controls on document sharing and they meet compliance standards (SEC, HIPPA, etc.) Check out a free account if you are interested. I see a lot of online storage tools out there, but many of them are geared towards individuals and don’t have the security or compliance that a lot of businesses need.

Recently, I saw DocLanding come out, http://www.doclanding.com. They are an online file storage and sharing tool that is geared towards small businesses. They have some great controls on document sharing and they meet compliance standards (SEC, HIPPA, etc.) Check out a free account if you are interested.
